International starting fields – teams from Germany and across Europe eagerly await the ADAC 1000-kilometre race weekend in 2026.
Registration for the event from 18 to 20 September 2026 is now open!
Real racers do it! – Whether as a participant in the DHLM or a starter in the "Grand Prix of Touring Cars" – the ADAC 1000 km race weekend offers the opportunity to experience an intense weekend of historic endurance motorsport. The "Touring Car Golden Era" is once again an integral part of the programme, complementing it with a separate 3-lap race over the entire Nürburgring circuit.
Entry deadline is 5 September 2025.
Deutsche Historische Langstrecken-Meisterschaft (DHLM)
Races 3 and 4 of the DHLM form the basis of the ADAC 1000 km race weekend. Two 3-hour endurance races over the entire Nürburgring circuit.

TOURENWAGEN GOLDEN ÄRA
Drivers and owners of popular touring cars from legendary historic racing series such as DTM, DRM, STW, WTCC and others are invited to compete in what promises to be an absolute highlight of the season: a three-lap sprint in a separate race on the full Nürburgring circuit.

GROSSER PREIS DER TOURENWAGEN
Historic endurance race over the entire Nürburgring circuit for touring cars built between 1965 and 1976 with specifications in accordance with Appendix K.

Permit C Course
This detailed briefing (lasting approx. 2 hours) is the minimum requirement for being allowed to start in competitions on the Nordschleife or the overall course.
As part of the 1000km race, a Permit C course will be offered on the Friday before the event.

ACI Audi Club International
Active driving brand club experience
Icons and historic vehicles from Audi, DKW, NSU, Horch, Wanderer and Auto Union are welcome.
The ACI Experience is entering its next round. On Friday and Sunday of the ADAC 1000 km race weekend in 2026, there will be several driving activities to choose from on the entire track and the Nordschleife.

Porsche Experience
With the classic Porsche at the Nürburgring
Eligibility For transaxle models built before 1996* with road approval (STVZO)
Exclusively for drivers and owners of classic Porsche models with transaxle drivetrains, races will be held on Sunday, 20 September 2026, on the full Nürburgring circuit. This is an extremely rare opportunity to drive this version of the track!
